Price has nearly 20 years’ experience in investment banking spanning the full spectrum of energy M&A, including strategic advisory.
She joins MA Moelis Australia from RBC Capital Markets Australia, where she was Managing Director and Head of Renewables and Energy Transition. Prior to that, Kara worked at Wells Fargo as Managing Director and Head of Power, Utilities and Renewables M&A and with RBC Capital Markets M&A team in the United States. Price led the sale of a stake in Alinta’s offshore wind farm currently in development and has been actively working with power, renewables and clean energy companies in Australia since her return from the US almost three years ago.
