In 2025, significant progress was made across OSW Group’s key business lines towards delivering on its strategic vision:

  • OSW (renewable energy distribution business) achieved over 20% market penetration in the Australian residential energy storage segment, and completed its strategic positioning in Europe and North America
  • GreenDeal (rebate trading business) strengthened its role as a cash-flow enabler for renewable energy installers with >50% increase in trading activity, over 130% increase in turnover and reaching a 21% market share in Australia
  • GreenSketch (AI powered solar infrastructure platform) officially launched its digital platform connecting installers, manufacturers, and end users with over 40,000+ projects created on GreenSketch in 2025. During the year, GreenSketch also expanded into multiple European markets, supporting its transition from a domestic design tool to a scalable, cross-market infrastructure platform for installers and energy partners.
  • SunMine (solar RWA tokenisation), was established as a new business line leading an effort to tokenise solar energy, leveraging the entire OSW Group ecosystem to provide investors access to solar energy as a real world asset
  • OSW Group’s continued focus on investments into technology and data are proving to be a critical differentiator and long-term growth driver

Throughout the year, OSW continued to strengthen its leading position in the Australian renewable energy distribution market, while advancing its international strategy across multiple regions.

  • Europe delivered steady and disciplined growth, while continuing expansion into new markets. OSW’s distribution reach will cover The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Spain, UK, The Baltics, Romania, Bulgaria and Czech Republic in 2026.
  • The United States completed key strategic groundwork, establishing a foundation for long-term expansion
  • Mexico officially became OSW’s entry point into Latin America with the establishment of a local office
  • Singapore office established in Q4 2025

Together, these initiatives further diversified OSW’s geographic exposure and enhanced the resilience of its global operating footprint.

Capital Backing to Support Long Term Platform Growth

In August 2025, OSW Group secured a strategic investment from SparkEdge Capital, a leading renewable energy focused investment firm. This followed a Series A funding round led by Hillhouse Capital in 2022, reinforcing continued confidence from top-tier institutional investors.

The fresh capital is being deployed to drive OSW’s long-term ambition of building a globally scalable renewable energy platform:

  • Support further international expansion
  • Accelerate platform and system upgrades
  • Strengthen integrated capabilities across distribution, compliance, financing, and digital solutions

Looking ahead, OSW intends to explore additional capital-raising opportunities in 2026 to support its next phase of global expansion and platform development.
