The free, 15-minute course is designed to tackle the most common mistakes that can compromise installation quality or void warranties. The dedicated solar installer training, is created by Trina’s regional team to address the most common mistakes made on the ground. The training uses visual, real-world examples to show best practice, helping installers save time, avoid costly call-backs, and deliver higher-quality work.
Graduates of the course will earn a Trina-certified badge, demonstrating their commitment to quality and industry best practice.
Alongside the new training, Trinahub also provides installers with a wide range of resources, including an event calendar, image asset library, and additional training materials.
Edison Zhou, Head of Trinasolar Australia and New Zealand, said the training reflects Trina’s strong local knowledge and its commitment to supporting professional installers.
“As the trusted brand of solar professionals in more than 170 countries, we have a duty to equip our installers with the knowledge to do the job right. This course is designed to address the most common mistakes we often see when handling Trinasolar modules, helping installers deliver quality outcomes every time.”
“By installing correctly, customers and installers alike can be reassured their systems meet the highest standards. Minimising warranty-voiding errors and costly call-backs means more confidence, more trust, and more time for new projects,” he said.
To encourage sign-ups, Trinasolar is offering every new Trinahub registrant the chance to win a $1,000 Total Tools voucher. The promotion closes Friday 10 October 2025.
