February highlights
- 29 power stations were accredited with a combined capacity of 11 MW. This is the highest number of power stations accredited in a single month since April 2001.
- South Australia continues to expand its renewable energy portfolio with the announcement of three new projects contributing 51 MW of solar capacity. In addition, the 100 MW Tailem Bend solar project in the start reached financial close in February.
- February 14 2018 marked the final surrender deadline for liable entities for the 2017 assessment year. The large-scale generation certificate compliance rate for 2017 was 93.3 per cent, an increase from 89.3 in the previous year.
