Sydney, AUSTRALIA – 25 Sep 2023 – REC Group, an international pioneering solar energy company, announced today that it has promoted Gus Paviani as the Head of Asia Pacific and Japan.
Prior to assuming the role, Gus Paviani was the Country Manager for REC Australia and New Zealand since June 2022. Based in Sydney, he brings over a decade of experience working in the solar industry having worked with LG Electronics Australia, Solgen Energy Group. Before joining REC, Gus Paviani was the General Manager of LG Electronics’ solar and energy business and he was responsible for the company’s sales and operations in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Gus Paviani will be instrumental in building and growing customer relationships to further accelerate REC’s market position and brand awareness in the Asia Pacific region. As the regional leader, he will be responsible for driving the growth of REC’s businesses in Asia Pacific while retaining responsibility for Australia and New Zealand as its Country Manager.
