RedEarth Co-Founder and CEO Charles Walker said the Australian Made certification marked an exciting milestone for both the company and the domestic energy market.
“As Australians adapt to the new electricity paradigm (we call it “Electricity 2.0”) and rooftop solar continues to boom, we are proud to provide a genuinely Australian product, which are superior on both quality and price,” Mr Walker said.
“With foreign products currently dominating the Australian energy storage market, we are pleased to be delivering an Australian Made alternative that supports the domestic economy.”
The highly trusted Australian Made logo mark is underpinned by a third-party accreditation system, which ensures all products that carry the iconic green and gold kangaroo are certified as ‘genuinely Australian’.
This means RedEarth’s customers can be sure they are buying authentic, premium-quality products made to stringent Australian standards. Founded in 2013, RedEarth is currently one of the only Australian owned and operated domestic producers of energy storage systems for residential, commercial and industrial use.
With more than $70 million worth of energy storage systems expected to be manufactured at the company’s Darra facility in Queensland over the next four years, RedEarth is on track to achieving its goal of becoming one of Australia’s leading energy storage providers.
RedEarth will be exhibiting at the All Energy conference in Melbourne on 23rd and 24th October.
