Ingeteam is set to showcase its latest technology for the Australian market at All Energy 2017

Ingeteam’s best-selling product in Australia is the INGECON SUN CON40, a 40 foot power station with a nameplate capacity of 5.4 MW. All the necessary equipment (three central PV inverters, a LV/MV oil transformer, low voltage switchboard and medium voltage cells) is housed in this container, for ease of transportability and field installation.

Australia is a key solar market for Ingeteam, which boasts a very significant market share thanks to the more than 320 MW supplied to the country.

As in previous years, the fair is to be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on the 11th and 12th October.

IS 100TL String Inverter

This is the company’s very latest three-phase inverter, and it is to be showcased in Australia. The IS 100 TL offers one of the highest power densities on today’s string inverter market, delivering up to 1.47 kW/kg. With its cutting-edge technology, this inverter features low voltage ride-through and reactive power capability, and is able to deliver up to 100 kW at an ambient temperature of 50ºC. It has been designed to minimise the cabling and installation costs in order to reduce operating expenses and capital expenditure (OPEX and CAPEX), given the fact that no neutral wire or string combiner boxes are required. Furthermore, Wi-Fi and Ethernet are provided as standard.

2.5 to 6 kW string inverters

Visitors to the Ingeteam stand will also get the opportunity to view the company’s smallest string inverters. Featuring dual maximum power point trackers, these inverters are suitable for self-consumption systems and have been designed to harness the maximum solar power. This single-phase version from this inverter family, delivers between 2.5 to 6 kW.

Hybrid PV + battery inverter

Ingeteam’s hybrid inverter, the INGECON SUN STORAGE 1Play will also be on display on the stand at the All Energy fair in Australia, a country in which many 1Play units have already been installed. This inverter, which was designed for stand-alone systems, can also operate connected to the public grid in self-consumption or UPS (back-up) mode. Furthermore, it features a PV input as standard and can also operate as a grid-connected PV inverter without batteries.

Likewise, at this event, Ingeteam is to present its latest range of operation and maintenance services, a sector in which the company has established itself as a global leader, with a contract portfolio of more than 10 GW of maintained power in renewable energy generation plants. Ingeteam currently maintains more than 25,000 PV inverters in more than 500 plants throughout the world, totalling 2.4 GW of solar power.
