Women in Renewables Speakers Guide seeks nominations & applications

Share

We are delighted to announce that the Women in Renewables Speakers Guide, a respected and well-used industry resource, has been refreshed and moved to an online format.

The refresh will allow the guide to be accessed and updated at the click of a mouse.

As part of the refresh we are reaching out to all existing women in the Speakers Guide and asking that you please re-submit your entry in the new web format.

For women not listed in the guide, now is a great opportunity to step up and put yourself forward in the new Speakers Guide. Please submit your applications here.

We intend launching this fantastic online resource to industry, event organisers and media in the next six weeks, once we have updated it with profiles of women across the industry.

Please get your profiles in by Friday 11 September 2020.

Nominate a woman for inclusion in the Speakers Guide

This year we are also asking colleagues to nominate a woman in their organisation who they think would be a great asset to the Speakers Guide, because, let’s be honest, sometimes we all need a little nudge.

Please send the CEC Women in Renewables team a short email with a brief summary of why you feel your colleague is a candidate for the Guide, along with their name, organisation and email address.

We will email all nominees, letting them know who has nominated them and why.

There is no obligation to accept the nomination, but the shout out itself is one way to show support for the incredibly talented women working in the renewable energy industry.

Please email nominations to women@cleanenergycouncil.org.au.
