Sunman unveils 520 W glass-free solar panel with 19.3% efficiency

The new panel has a white backsheet and a temperature coefficient of -0.34/C. It weighs 4.1 kg per m2 and, according to the manufacturer, supports all types of installation methods, including roof adhesive and removal mechanical mounting.

Sunman opens 1GW lightweight PV module factory

Sunman Energy claims the new factory, located in Yangzhong City in China’s Jiangsu province, is the world’s largest production facility for lightweight photovoltaics.

Sunman unveils 430 W glass free solar module

The new product has a power conversion efficiency of up to 19.3% and a weight of 11.2 kg. The module is produced with glass fibre reinforced plastic, which the manufacturer says reduces light reflection and opens up new assembly options.
