Arctech Solar breaks into Australian market
Contracts have been inked for the Chinese manufacturer to supply a combined 377.6 MWp of tracking systems for two Australian projects. To ensure its presence in the market, the company is setting up a subsidiary Down Under.
GTM: Australian tracker “exploded” in 2017, 1.4 GW deployed
The use of PV trackers in utility scale solar arrays in Australia broke all records in 2017, with the technology being deployed in more than 90% of plants under construction. GTM Research has revealed the findings to pv magazine Australia, drawn from its Global Solar PV Tracker Market Shares and Shipments 2018 report.
Arcelormittal confirmed as buyer of Exosun
The French tracker maker will be integrated in the ArcelorMittal Projects division of the Luxembourg-based steel manufacturer.
